We are better equipped to do personalised risk assessments for individuals based on their needs than a bank would have capacity to do.  We believe in a hands-on, personalised approach to assist you with the process and make fair and considerate decisions.

With our mobile device based system you will avoid ques at a bank, printing of documents and the frustration of getting in touch with the right person to assist you.

You must be permanently employed and have a South African Bank account. A history with previous loans and credit will also count in your favour

The more prepared you arrive with the necessary documents or photos thereof, and the more accurately we receive your personal information, the quicker the process will be.  The Zoop team will endeavour to pay you out within 48 hours

For safety reasons, we do not ever exchange cash

Once the debit order has been authorized by you, your loan is paid out in one of two ways

  1. Paid directly into your Bank account. It is from this account where your loan will be settled on the agreed date
  2. Directly into a Mobile Wallet which means you can withdraw at an FNB ATM using your phone.

We understand that everyone can run into trouble at some point therefore Blacklisted or Bad debt does not automatically exclude you from a loan approval. We will consider your history and subsequent credit behavior before approving or declining your application.

We strongly advise against late or non-payments, however we also understand that life happens.  If for whatever reason you are unable to repay your loan according to the agreement, we kindly request that you contact us so we can make alternative arrangements for you.
